Indian Minister of Defence and U.S. Secretary of Defense Lay Wreath at Pentagon Memorial

On August 29, 2016, Indian Minister of Defence Manohar Parrikar, escorted by U.S. Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter, laid a wreath the National 9/11 Pentagon Memorial in honor of the 184 lost at the Pentagon 15 years ago on September 11, 2001.  Pentagon Memorial Fund Chairman, Jim Laychak, was present to provide information about the Memorial.
